Over the past 10+ years, I’ve worked my way through the day-to-day realities of campground and RV park operations, learning firsthand what it takes to run a property well and create memorable guest experiences.
From check-ins and guest concerns to operations oversight and regional management, I’ve held the roles that keep properties running. That experience shaped the deep respect I have for frontline staff and on-site teams. I understand their challenges because I’ve been there and I believe the strongest operations are built when leadership supports, listens to, and empowers the people doing the work every day.
