About Jackson Consulting & Management

Our Story

My career in outdoor hospitality didn’t start in a boardroom — it started at the front office. Over the past 10+ years, I’ve worked my way through the day-to-day realities of campground and RV park operations, learning firsthand what it takes to run a property well and create memorable guest experiences. 


From check-ins and guest concerns to operations oversight and regional management, I’ve held the roles that keep properties running. That experience shaped the deep respect I have for frontline staff and on-site teams. I understand their challenges because I’ve been there and I believe the strongest operations are built when leadership supports, listens to, and empowers the people doing the work every day. 


Today, as a consultant and manager, I bring that hands-on perspective to every property I work with. My approach is rooted in practical experience, mutual respect, and a commitment to building operations that work for owners, teams, and guests alike.
